Looking Back
From humble beginnings in the industry to Top Shop in 2018 and, most recently, our acquisition by Lincoln Electric in 2019, the story of Baker Industries has been one of incredible success—one far beyond our wildest dreams. Along this journey, we’ve continued to push limits and play a significant role in the industry.
There are lessons to be learned from this experience. First, dream big! When Scott and Kevin Baker opened the doors to Baker Duplicating in 1992, they set goals and actionable strategies to achieve those dreams and then began working to make them a reality.
Second, show resilience, learn from your mistakes, and get back up when you’re knocked down. Success does not come easily, but it is worth fighting tirelessly for. There’s power in passion and perseverance!
